The organisation i work for has a high turnover of staff and we have a 5 day SLA to set up a new user. However this seems to be inefficient for ourselves and the business we serve. Is there anyway around this that allows minimal effort whilst also being auditable.

What is it you are asking here? Is it whether a 5 day SLA is unsuitable? Is it whether your process is efficient? Or something else? Either way, we will need a lot more information about your existing process and business needs to provide an answer. – Rory Alsop♦ Jan 13 '12 at 13:04
