I am very new to cryptography so please help me out with this one

I have a Question Key-1 which + some encryption gives Answer key-1. I have to find the encryption to apply it to another Question key-2 to find the Answer key-2. Please tell me how to achieve it.

plus some encryption gives me,

Answer Key -1

Now I should find what encryption was used above, so that I can apply it to the key blelow

And find the Answer key-2.

9r33X8icy9lGaryZHyduWJ9nQRRPuUOnqJaoWqB9OMJT2yk2AZg61nqXyYbPMejw is first comment for both the question key 1 & 2. And just 9r33X8icy9lGaryZHyduWJ9nQRRPuUOnqJaoWqB9OM is common between question & answer. Hope this helps! :p – Cyril N. May 15 '12 at 17:34

How do you get this problem? First, try to count the data size. If it's a one way encryption (hash), in theory you can't reverse the data.
