I got the wps pin of my access point. but when i am going to reconfigure using wpa_cli then i am getting problem

UNKNOWN COMMAND.

Welcome. Unfortunately your question is offtopic here, as it is not related to security - it looks like you may have either typed a command incorrectly or don't have the correct executable on your system path, which could be more on topic over on Superuser. – Rory Alsop May 21 '12 at 13:16
FYI: WPS is broken. Even if you're using WPA2, someone can get your WPS PIN and therefore your PSK in fairly short time with tools like Reaver. You should disable WPS. – Iszi May 21 '12 at 13:48
