I have big problem. My sons friend came the other day and supposedly downloaded a game from IGN site Area51, it asked him to remove back door? using norton internet security. He did this computer crashed and I cannot get it running again. Tried repairing, restoring, emergency back up but it will not load. Running windows 7 loads up to starting windows Dell sign comes up with the F2 F12 options and then it goes down and shows launch repair or start windows normally. This just repeats itself and my windows never actually loads up. Anyone got any ideas how to fix this please?

Thanks for your answer but how do I reinstall windows 7 when the tower came preloaded with no disc? I had just installed Norton 3 days previous so this is my anti virus software
