I noticed a piece of software on my laptop and I can't seem to be able to figure out what it does: Interaction Center User Applications with su10

Online search yielded pages of links to software.informer website that have no useful information.

So, what is it and shall I remove it?

Anyone?..

There isn't really enough information here to make a determination and it isn't really a security related question and is very limited in general usefulness. That's probably why you got the down vote. (I wasn't the one who downvoted, so I'm guessing though.) What is the actual process executable's name? – AJ Henderson Jan 23 at 18:31

It may be related to http://www.avaya.com/usa/product/interaction-center. Have you received any customer service lately where they connected to your computer remotely?
