Is there any security related aspect of your question that I fail to see? It seems to me this is more of a programming question and about using a specific library (Python based fuzzing library Sulley), than an IT security one, and it might be better served on SO. I don't see any reason why you wouldn't be able to create a service that would send requests to remote clients? The library already has http_* primitives you could use in a web service. –  TildalWave Mar 17 '13 at 4:57

Hi Kartoch, welcome to Information Security. I agree with Tildal - this doesnt sound like a security question. I am also not migrating it, since it's not really a complete question - you should add some more information, some context, what you're trying to do and why, what you've tried, what didnt work, etc. After you do that, and if the answer is ontopic to security, flag a moderator and we can reopen it. –  AviD Mar 17 '13 at 11:49
