Can we use a public key scheme for performing cryptographic commitment I am new to this as well. I'd like to know if there are any security characteristics specific to commitment schemes which are not available through block ciphers / public key schemes? |

Could somebody explain how DNS poisoning might occur in this scenario? Do you see any problem if an end-client - not a DNS server sends dns queries over the same port over and over again? |
