Here to learn and share!
My primary workstations run OS X and Windows. But I like to look over the edge and tinker in Ubuntu and Fedora during my free time.
My first experience with Linux was OpenSuse in '05. But today I only use Debian based Linux distributions (Ubuntu, Linux Mint). However, I've also been flirting with Fedora lately as it is the only distribution that I managed to EFI boot on Mac hardware.

What is your way to create good passwords that can actually be remembered? I like to use a 1Password's random passphrase generator which does allow to only use pronounceable phrases such as wha-no-pirt-biqu-wu. I think this is a good mixture between random chars and being able to memorize the password easily. |

Do VPNs provide sufficient protection over public wireless networks? What about ARP Spoofing? Are MITM attacks still possible, or are they still too difficult due to the encryption layer? |
