This is not from Apache Synapse. The user agent "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; Synapse)" is the default user agent string in the Ararat Synapse software, which is a TCP/IP library.

No, Truecrypt allows any kind of file as a keyfile; it can be a jpeg or mp3 for example. There is no particular "profile" for a keyfile.

Although two RNGs may both "run on the same hardware at the same time" that doesn't necessarily mean "they see the same events" and so set up correlated internal state. The entropy sources for the the RNGs may be entirely separate, as with a hardware RNG and a software entropy collection pool driving a PRNG.
