comment Malware code added when site viewed externally
I removed the malicious code involved (as described above), patched Joomla (are you using the latest version?) and changed all the FTP passwords. Let me know if that doesn't help matters...

comment Is behavioural analysis (e.g. keystroke dynamics) a reliable security mechanism for MFA?
Could only ever be a supplementary authentication system; for example I often type in my password one-handed if I've got a mug of coffee or my phone in the other...!

comment What is preventing us from sniffing the mobile phone communcation?
The main thing to note about Lawful Interception is that the voice data isn't encrypted as soon as it gets to the base station; so the govt only have to record it (with the co-operation of the telco); it is however encrypted between the phone and the base-station.

comment Verify if person belongs to the claimed university through his university email id
I think the question might be partially asking how to check whether an email address is from *@stanford.edu when it could be *@cs.stanford.edu or *@xyz.stanford.edu and still be valid, i.e. you need simply to specify valid addresses as being *@stanford.edu and *@*.stanford.edu, surely?
