XKCD #936: Short complex password, or long dictionary passphrase? Even if the attacker knows exactly which list of words you used it is still a massive amount of work to find which words you used and in which order. With 2000 words in the dictionary and 4 words, it's 2000^4 = 1.6 * 10^12 permutations to check. That's 1.6 (US) trillion! More words and/or larger dictionary gives even better odds.
