Well, credit card users don't have to bear costs of fraud, but debit card users can get emptied fast, and you can watch youtube videos to find out how to use a wifi hotspot to look for "free money".. Anyways, you're probably right, normal consumers don't need to worry about that so much. |

What should one do when he/she wants to protect him/her home--computer--? I downvoted this question because the first three paragraphs don't actually coincide with the purpose of the question (as stated in the title).
