Cohen's problem I feel this comes closer to the actual answer, although I haven't read Cohen's work (which may be closer to the actual question rather than the decidability of a virus). Virus detectors do not rely on code that is reachable, but rather what they do, and they fall then on this problem. |

How to prevent cheating (extra votes) in online contests? Really good answer with a really creative approach. Being so restrictive users will get discouraged to cheat. I would even dare to add "paying" to the list (in cases where it makes sense). |
