Nov 12, 2017 at 18:38 comment added Basic The only point I'd quibble over is the endpoint:server resource ratio of 2 or 3:1... Whether you're talking mobiles, laptops or even business desktops, the ratio should be considerably higher. The stock compute server we use at work is 96 cores and 1TB of RAM with 12 SSDs and 24 spinning disks. That would be equivalent to dozens to hundreds of endpoints.
