Someone knows my IP logged me, and is threatheningthreatening to DDoS attack me

Around 4 months ago, someone haslearned my IP logged me, and is threatheningthreatening to DDoS attack me, if I am not his slave. He was breaking the Discord TOS with all kinds of stuff in my DMs. I blocked him, but one of his friendfriends told me to friend him back, or he will DDoS me. 

What should I do? This is all happening on Discord, for more than 4 months now... (he has my public IP address...)
