Consequences to put theof putting a serial number into aesan AES key

I have an embedded device with a secure memory withof only 128 bits. I I have to store the serial number (16bits16 bits) and the aesAES key  (128bits128 bits) into 128 bits..this space.

What are the consequences to putof putting the 16bits16 bits from the serial number into the key  ? Will Will it be the same as using a 112 bits-bit key (still hard to crack) or it will allow attacker to crack easily the encryption  ?

Thanks in advance
