Is there anything we can put in place such to verify that if the sender's name = "John Doe" and the domain is not company.org (or legitimate verified SPF sender), then the message is marked as spam or otherwise quarantined in Office 365?

This was brought up because an email account would send an email from a legitimate email but the senders name would match that of an executive and still get through email filters.
