I'm looking for a tool to check a set of credentials against a network of Windows hosts, preferably using CIDR notation (/XX).

I know of CrackMapExec, but I would prefer another tool.

I've been looking at Impacket's psexec.py, but it can only check a single host at a time.

Any ideas?

  • Why does CrackMapExec not meet your needs? Scripting psexec.py to loop through a set of IPs is simple to do. – schroeder Feb 10 at 12:04
  • @schroeder - my primary concern is that it is Python 2.7, which is deprecated 2020, and that it has much more features than I need. – Shuzheng Feb 10 at 12:13
  • I'm not sure why the future disposition of the Python language is a concern – schroeder Feb 10 at 13:01
