For JWT generation in my Java application I need to use the secret. Thus, I need to include this along with other source code into repository, which is a no-no.

So how can I store the secret in repository as not a clear text ?

Solutions like git secret do not help since they aim a separate file which should be revealed explicitely after deployment. But I need everything packed inside the Jar file.

Using Java Keystore would help but then again we need to store password to keystore in repository!
