Is there a place to get network keys for carriers to make an esim without a phone number, like the amazon ereaders that would attatch to mobile networks without a carrier?

1You can't. That's more or less the point of the sim: authenticating of the user. If you could make your own that wouldn't work.– vidarloNov 18 at 23:50
