I have the impression that my boss knows everything i do, even when i am at home. I had to give my laptop away to install printer driver at work and i think they could installed something on my laptop to track my activity. That's only way they could have access to my device physically. I don't want to just clean my pc and make it secure but find out whether my suspecious about stalkware/spyware on my device is true and who is behind it if it is the case. Please help me to solve this issue.

Now, regardless of the question of whether I would want to continue working for such a person, you have the following points that you can check:
Look at the system logs: Check the logs for conspicuous behaviour, if data / information is flowing out, there could be corresponding indications here.
Look at the network traffic: Again, if information is flowing over the network, it is bound to show up in the network traffic in some way.
Check whether any kind of remote software is installed.
Use AV solutions to check whether any malware has been deliberately installed / RAT or something similar.
If you access the Internet via a (private) VPN, you must of course also be aware that there are various traces of your actions there. the emphasis was on ‘private’ because the internal operator then of course has the possibility to investigate.

If the machine is pwned, there is no limit to what the possible malware could do to remove any indicators of its presence. The only real way to investigate is to examine it in a trusted environment (i.e. boot from a vetted CD and don't let the OS of the machine take over).– tripleeeCommented Sep 2 at 9:22

That is correct, nevertheless we do not know whether its pwned in a traditional way. It might be that his "boss" installed something that monitors his behavior / work. So it might help to take a look at the logs / the traffic. Commented Sep 2 at 9:23
