Actually not yet convinced by its usability in praxis. Finished study in Electronics at TU Vienna (1968). I had very good marks only in that, what was interesting for me.

I was working in applied Informatics in Industry from Milano till Düsseldorf for 30 years as a Free IT-Business Anylyst mainly with banks, assurance companies an great concerns (SIEMENS, IBM, DAIMLER). I am a pionier in applied Informatics, now retired.

In about 1968 a new scientific branch "Information Science" was founded after SHANNONs too narrow definition of the term Information. I am researching in it since about 2003.
