Can the xor of two RNG outputs ever be less secure than one of them?
Not if you do it right, you need to make sure one RNG does not know anything about the other.

I think that depending on how you are mixing before you output the noise to the speaker you will be begging for audio feedback, which will ramp up to output a constant hum, and will not be very random …
