@LvB VPNs are still hard to be blocked as the providers keep rotating IP and pooling new IPs into it. And I agree that VPN over TOR is unnecessary and would drastically reduce internet speed.

@schroeder It's mainly for the sites I visit where I can login and create account.

Yeah, that I know that. Here we can assume that I trust VPN and no issues from its end. I am interested in knowing other things that we can add to the browser.

Conacted GlobalSign. Apart from hardware token they have another solution through hosting on server. They put the certificate on their cloud server and the organisation/individual can make call to server to sign the document. They even told what you described above about Adobe CDS.
